Dr. Karen Fayle has been a member of the Richland Dentistry team since 2004. As of October 2010, Dr. Fayle is the new owner of Richland Dentistry. She received her Bachelors degree from Albion College in 2000 and her DDS degree from the University of Michigan in 2004. She is an active member of the America Dental Association and the Michigan Dental Association. Dr. Fayle and her husband, Brian, have been married since 2002 and have 2 children, a son and daughter.
Dr. Mattie White grew up in the Plainwell area. She attended the University of Michigan where she received her Bachelor of Science in 2009 and her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2013. She is currently a member of the American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, and Kalamazoo Valley District Dental Society. Dr. White and her husband, Drew, welcomed a baby boy in 2016 and are enjoying watching him learn and grow every day. Outside of the office she enjoys reading, crafting, snow skiing, watching college football, and spending time with friends and family.
Christy graduated from Kellogg Community College in 1991 with a degree in dental hygiene. She has worked for Richland Dentistry since 1994 as a Registered Dental Hygienist. She received her license to deliver local anesthesia in 2005 as well as a license to administer nitrous oxide. Christy and her husband, Don, have been married since 1996 and have two sons.
Heather began working for Richland earned her dental hygiene degree in 2000. Heather has a license to deliver local anesthesia and administer nitrous oxide. Heather has two children, a son and a daughter.
Katie joined the Richland Dentistry team in 2020. She earned a Dental Hygiene degree from Kalamazoo Valley Community College and is also licensed to administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide. She enjoys wildcrafting and being outdoors, traveling, and culinary adventures.
Kristen joined the Richland team in 1994. Kristen graduated from Kellogg Community College in 1991 with a degree in Dental Hygiene. She has 3 children. Her oldest daughter is studying at Grand Valley State University and her 2nd daughter will be attending Central Michigan University in the fall. Her son attends Lakeview High School. Kristen enjoys spending time with her family, scrapbooking and playing drums in different community bands.
Stacie joined the Richland Dentistry team in 1995. Stacie graduated from Kellogg Community College in 1992 with her degree in Dental Hygiene. Stacie married her husband Gene in December 1993. They have two daughters, Kylee and Kambree. They reside in the Battle Creek. Pennfield area. Most of Stacie’s free time is spent with her daughters and their horses. They are active in 4H where Stacie is a leader, the MIHA equestrian team as well as other local horse show circuits.
Amy joined the Richland Dentistry team in 1992. As a Clinical Assistant she is certified in dental radiography, sterilization, and taking impressions. She is also responsible for inventory control and the implementation of MI-OSHA infection control procedures. Amy and her husband, Tad, have been married since 1994. They have two daughters, who are both involved in competitive dance. She loves spending time with her family and furry friends. She also enjoys volunteering at her local animal shelter.
Melanie graduated from the Registered Dental Assistant program in Lansing in 1997. She brings experience from multiple office environments before she chose to stay at home to raise her children. Melanie is married to her husband Jon and they have four children. Two have graduated and they have two in the Gull Lake School System. Melanie joined our team in 2014 and strives to make her patients comfortable and pain free. She looks forward to the relationships that are built over time with her patients and desires to bring a positive energy to the practice. In her free time she loves spending time with her husband on walks and playing games, time talking with her children, reading, working in her flower garden and she always enjoys a good house project.

Kristy graduated in 2010 as a Registered Dental Assistant. In her free time, she enjoys cooking with her husband and vacations on Lake Michigan.
